REFUND POLICY: ALL ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. TSM STUDIOS SHALL NOT PAY ANY REFUND ONCE THE TRAINING PROGRAM IS PURCHASED/ACCESSED. ALL ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE TESTED EXTENSIVELY ON ALL TYPES OF SYSTEMS, BROWSERS, AND DEVICES. REPRESENTATIVES AUTHORISED BY TSM STUDIOS CAN ASSIST YOU TO GET STARTED WITH THE TRAINING PROGRAM IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY TROUBLE ACCESSING THE PORTAL OR TRAINING MATERIAL.  HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A TRAINING PROGRAM ON THE TSM STUDIOS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO OUR CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY.

A. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

A1. CLASSROOM / INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING PROGRAMS

TSM Studios, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a training program, or change the location of the program in case of insufficient enrolments, instructor's inability to deliver the program due to sickness or natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, the outbreak of epidemics, political instability)

• A 1.1 In case TSM Studios cancels a training program; it shall pay a 100% refund to the delegate.

• A 1.2 If a student/user cancels the training program seven days or more before the commencement of training program, TSM Studios shall deduct 10% of total paid. It shall refund the remaining amount to the delegate within 30 working days.

• A 1.3 If a student/user cancels the training program seven days or more before the commencement of training program, TSM Studios shall not pay any refund to the student/user.

 

A2. ONLINE / HYBRID TRAINING PROGRAMS

• A 2.1 TSM Studios shall not accept the refund request if user/student has attended or accessed the online training material/content for more than one (1) day's session from the learning portal.

• A 2.2 Discounted training programs are not eligible for a refund.

• A 2.3 TSM Studios shall not pay a refund if the user/student does not turn up on the given schedule.

 

A3. SELF-PACED LEARNING PROGRAMS/MODULES

• A 3.1 Self Paced training programs or learning modules are not eligible for a refund.

 

A4. NOTE (APPLICABLE FOR ALL TRAINING PROGRAMS OFFERED BY TSM STUDIOS)

• A 4.1 Raise refund request within seven (7) days of commencement of the training programs. TSM Studios shall not consider any refund request beyond seven (7) days of purchasing the training program and shall not pay a refund.

• A 4.2 TSM Studios shall apply and deduct the appropriate tax amount.

• A 4.3 TSM Studios shall process eligible refund applications within 30 working days of receipt of the refund request.

 

EVERY DISPUTE, DIFFERENCE, OR QUESTION WHICH MAY AT ANY TIME ARISE BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO OR ANY PERSON CLAIMING UNDER THEM, TOUCHING OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN RESPECT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER THEREOF SHALL BE REFERRED TO SOLE ARBITRATOR BY THE FIRST PARTY, THE AWARD PASSED BY THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING ON THE PARTIES HERETO. THE VENUE OF ARBITRATION WILL BE PUNE, MAHARASHTRA. ALL AND ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF COURTS OF PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.

 

 

 

B. COURSE RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

BELOW ARE THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR USER/STUDENT TO CHOOSE FROM IN CASE HE/SHE WISHES TO RESCHEDULE THE TRAINING PROGRAM.

 

• B1. 100% refund: if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the user/student's schedule.

• B2. The user/student reserves the right of rescheduling and attending a training program in future at his/her convenience on any date of scheduled training announced by TSM Studios.

• B3. The user/student, if wishes to, reserves the right of sending his/her replacement. However, user/student/delegate shall intimate TSM Studios about the replacement requested at least three (3) days before the date of commencement of training program.

• B4. If for some unforeseen reasons, a user/student wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date:

• B5. TSM Studios shall charge a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total costs paid. 

• B6. TSM Studios shall charge a difference in prices of the rescheduled training program wherever applicable.

• B7. TSM Studios shall receive the request of rescheduling ahead of three (3) working days for online/hybrid training programs and self-paced learning programs/modules

• B8. TSM Studios shall receive the request of rescheduling ahead of five (5) working days for classroom / instructor-led training programs. 

• B9. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats for all types of training we offer.

• B10. TSM Studios shall not pay a refund or shall not consider the rescheduling option if TSM Studios receives the request of rescheduling after the commencement of any training programs.

 

C. EXCHANGE POLICY

 

• C1. TSM Studios shall allow student/user to exchange with other training programs of equivalent or lesser value if the student/user does not access the training program within 14 days of purchase. 

• C2. TSM Studios shall receive the exchange request for the training programs mentioned above by email at bookings@tsm.studio. 

• C3. TSM Studios shall not allow an exchange if the exchange request is more than 14 days after the purchase date.

 

 

D. MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FOR THE SAME TRAINING PROGRAMS

• D1. TSM Studios shall pay a refund in case student/user made extra payment (the same training program bought multiple times) for the same training program upon request. 

• D2. TSM Studios shall charge a 5% transaction cost for credit card processor per transaction.
